Defensive Line Training (NoVa Group)

Service Description

This training emphasizes the Art of Defensive line play. This program is crafted to improve athletes both physically and mentally. We work to ensure that athletes refine their techniques, learning to play with leverage, fight pressure with pressure and to be explosive at the point of attack from various alignments. Additionally, we teach the nuances of the game, giving our athletes a full mental arsenal which will allow them to be able to anticipate the movements of the offense, making them more productive on the field.
